1. Our current tenant retention rate stands at 90%, reflecting our commitment to maintaining long-term relationships with our tenants. This figure represents our goal as all leases we manage are still within their initial year, demonstrating our focus on stability and tenant satisfaction.
2. We strive for excellence in tenant satisfaction, setting a target of 94%. With fewer than 30 units under our management, we ensure personalized attention to each tenant. Annual satisfaction surveys are conducted every December, this helps us gauge and improve our services to meet this ambitious goal.
3. Achieving an occupancy rate of 87% is a testament to our proactive property management approach. We aim to fill all vacancies within 2 to 3 months from the contract assignment date. For our metrics, a property is considered vacant only if it remains unoccupied for over three months.
4. We advise our clients to inform us of upcoming vacancies, allowing us to initiate the tenant placement process 2 months prior to the property’s availability. While placement is not guaranteed, our average timeframe to fill a vacancy is between 2 - 3 months, showcasing our efficiency and dedication to minimizing downtime for our clients.
